At Northern New Mexico Uniforms, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you within the following guidelines.
Standard Returns

Returns are accepted within 10 days of the original purchase date.

Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Custom embroidered or decorated apparel

Altered garments

Custom name tapes or patches

Special-order items

Body armor or other items that cannot legally be resold

Clearance or final sale items
Exchanges
If you need a different size or would like to exchange an eligible item, we are happy to assist, subject to product availability.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, processing times may vary.
Online Orders
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly.
